[He tosses the airplane like Mandricardo did, letting it fly across the room back to the other man.]

I'd describe it like that. Apparently in the modern era, they have giant planes that can hold lots of people. They powered by things like electricity and fuel, though.

All we have are cars and trains and boats.

[Electric-powered, interestingly enough, but still. No planes.]

When I was alive, we didn't even have those. Just horses and carriages and other horse-drawn things.

[Modern times! Technology! Gotta love it!]

[With a sigh of someone who has explained this before, very poorly:]

[Sorry, Mandricardo is just freezing and yet becoming very, very red right now. He does have a heartbeat, though!]

[He sees that, but doesn't say anything about that. Yet. He's too focused on feeling the heartbeat there for a few seconds.]

Magic-created or no, you're still alive.

W-Well, temporarily I guess...Servants usually don't even need to eat or drink so...this may be a bit unusual...

Even with all of that, you're alive now. This-

[He taps Mandi's chest.]

-is proof. You're not 'just a copy,' you're alive and that matters.

[He'll pull his hand back now.]

[He...doesn't know what to say. He raises a hand to touch his own chest for a long moment. Alive...]

[His attention is back on the paper airplane now.]

[And then he just. Stands there. Waiting expectantly.

He needs a piece of paper.]

[He tears out a piece of paper! Here u go.]

[He takes some time to slowly make an origami swan. I hope that link works, I am mobile. But when he is done, he holds it up for Mandi to see.]

[He claps!]

Oh, that looks nice...

It's pretty easy to learn too.

[He holds out the swan for Mandricardo to take.]

[He takes it gently, marveling at it a little.]

A pity it can't fly like the airplanes...but it's pretty all the same.

It can swim on water, if you set it down carefully.
