... sort of? Ayakashi aren't always hostile - Tsuyukusa is one, and he's just got a bad personality - but sometimes you have to know how to take care of yourself, right? The Yakou was controlling the dead, humans and ayakashi alike.

I can fight some, hold my own, but I don't have special training of any kind. [ he rolls his right shoulder a bit, jostling the bum arm but also taking his left to roll up the sleeve, adjust the position of it. there's a set of tiger-sized, gouging claw marks raking down the inside of his elbow. ]
A nue is a Japanese chimera, a monster made from a mix of animals. Not really great to contend with.
[He doesn't even get his explanation out yet, because he instantly looks worried when he sees those claw marks. And even thought Lalli himself would get grumpy about suddenly being touched, he is reflexively reaching out to touch the scars. If he had his magic he would be checking for magical damage of any kind, and it's hard to forget that instinct.]

I can't feel anything from the elbow down. I imagine there's nerve damage, but it's also magical in nature - the nue literally stole it. [ so, yeah! actually! if lalli had magic, it'd be there. ]

He's tracing his fingers down the scratches, frowning as he listens to Kon's story. His whole arm stolen, yet it's still right there. How inconvenient.]
It must not hurt anymore, if you don't feel anything. Is this something the dorm heads can fix?
