[After the NPCs do their thing on Sunday, Taichi is going to get sent a picture from Lalli! It's of the roof of the Fall Dorm, from a top-down perspective as if someone is standing on it. Because someone is standing on it, the tips of Lalli's boots are visible in the shot too.]

[Yep. He expects Taichi to climb up the building and get on the roof.]

[taichi has already been advised by someone that if he climbs a roof and breaks his bones he'll piss someone off. however, taichi also knows how to climb things, so there isn't a reply via text.

instead, a little while later, lalli will see a tanned hand grappling the edge of the roof before taichi pulls himself up. as he settles on the roof, he glances at him for a moment before glancing back to the ground.]

Couldn't've picked somewhere inside, huh?

[By the time Taichi gets up there, Lalli is sitting on the roof.]

We're not in the same dorm. It's not that easy.

[Lalli is also still disgruntled about sharing sleeping arrangements with strangers.]

It's better up here anyway. You can see everything.

Can't argue with that, I guess. [he will have a seat nearby, legs sticking out in front of him and hands behind him to support him.] Have you been coming up here a lot?

Mhmm. I need to make the map in my mind.

[He sounds serious about that point, like it's something important to him.]

It's harder to do with so few landmarks.

Week 0, Friday

[HEY BUDDY I HERD U FOUND A CORPSE

After roofquest with Dimitri, Lalli is going to go looking for Taichi. Because he probably heard about what group found the body and he absolutely wants to check on him.

...he's traveling by rooftop, so it's going to be a text first.]

Where are you?

[WORD GETS AROUND FAST HUH.

there isn't a reply to the text for a while because he's busy being yelled at by somebody, but eventually:]

what's up?

[that's not really an answer, but he's responding at least.]

I found things today, information needs to be shared.

[Preferably in person.]

[...give him a bit. it's entirely possible in-person can't happen for a few reasons, but he's still willing to share.]

[so maybe he's swinging by fall dorm to check on something unrelated. that doesn't mean he won't stop when he sees someone familiar, especially given the fact lalli has a bucket of water and what appears to be...clothes? so he squints a little, trying to decipher what is going on here.]

Washing machine's out of order?

No. It's too complicated.

[And this isn't? He's just got a bucket of hot, soapy water, and is sort of dipping his clothes in. He clearly has no idea what he's doing and is trying to remember what he saw someone else do.]

You could probably ask Luke for a manual to learn how to use it. Or ask one of the others. Probably more effective than...whatever this is.

Or Luke could just do the laundry for us.

[He lifts his cape out of the water.

Week 1, Friday

[Lalli is awake and has come out to see what is going on, and is that Taichi with geese on the grass?

Lalli is practicing caution as he approaches. He knows the dangers of geese.]

Taichi. There's geese near you. Stay very still, I'll get you out of there.

[goalsides]

[HE IMMEDIATELY HOLDS UP HIS HANDS.]

No, it's okay! It's okay. They've been hanging out for a while? I think we're at peace.

[the baby is probably nearby. the mama looms...]

Found them out by the field and cafeteria. The little one keeps following me.

It's following you? Then it...

[oh no.]

It think you are its mother.

[he looks at the goose in question, and then at the mother goose, and then at lalli.]

Dude? I'm too young to be a mother.

Week 2, Friday

[Continuing our trend of post-invest PCs!

Wherever Taichi is, Lalli is going to come over and tug on the sleeve of his shirt. Today sucked and he's Upset and he's not the best at expressing things, but he does want to get Taichi's attention.]

[a terrible trend. horrible! things are not the greatest, so he's not surprised everybody's mood is down. but when lalli approaches and tugs his sleeve taichi turns to give him his attention.]

Hey...what's up?

He left the dorm. Why did he leave the dorm?

[He knows Taichi won't have the answers, but Lalli really doesn't understand. By now everyone should know to stay put, right? So why did he leave?]

...I don't know if it was on purpose, dude. Some of us have been thinking that the victims and the culprits just wake up outside out of nowhere. That's why Lan Wangji didn't have any shoes last weekend. He was already in bed.

[although...] If he started here though, he probably still didn't have a choice. It was either take the fight elsewhere or get all of us involved.

[fall dorm has had a Time this week, so when taichi enters the common room and finds lalli there he greets him with a nod before settling in a seat not too far from him.]

...how're you doing, dude?

[Fall dorm certainly did have a Time. Lalli is still recovering from that time, honestly. He's sitting on a couch and just staring out a window, though he does perk up when Taichi comes in and sits down.]

Alright, I guess. It's itchy.

[His healing injuries, he means.]

[goalsides]

Yeah, that happens. [the tone is light, not entirely teasing but still joking in nature.] But that's how you know it's getting better. And when it's really uncomfortable you know it's almost healed.

That's going to be terrible. I'm going to have to wear less layers and I hate doing that.
